Maple Cream Whisky Liqueur
Ingredients

1 cup 18% cream

1 can sweetened condensed milk (300 mls)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cocoa powder

1/4 cup Tap That Maple Syrup

1 1/4 cup Canadian Whisky
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, heat 1/2 cream with condensed milk. Whisk in vanilla and cocoa powder. Add maple syrup.

Remove combined ingredients from the heat. Mix in remaining cream and Whisky.

Let cool down for 5 minutes. Funnel into a bottle with a seal and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour before serving.
