Maple Cream Whisky Liqueur

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 18% cream

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (300 mls)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

  • ​1/4 cup Tap That Maple Syrup

  • 1 1/4 cup Canadian Whisky

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat 1/2 cream with condensed milk.  Whisk in vanilla and cocoa powder.  Add maple syrup.

  2. Remove combined ingredients from the heat.  Mix in remaining cream and Whisky.

  3. Let cool down for 5 minutes.  Funnel into a bottle with a seal and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour before serving.
